Cancellation Policy
Service engagements with ABLES Education may be cancelled subject to the terms outlined in your specific service agreement. Please contact us to discuss cancellation of any active service.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the stage of delivery. Software subscriptions and platform access fees may be refundable within the first 7 days of activation if the service has not been substantially used. Consultancy fees are subject to the terms of the individual engagement agreement. Study material fees are non-refundable once the material has been delivered or access has been provided.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone with your service details and reason for the refund request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
